• CUSTOMIZABLE - Heavy duty motor adapts to your coop needs, simply set the motor to raise the door more or less for larger or smaller size poultry.
• HEAVY DUTY MOTOR - No counter-weight needed. Motor can lift and lower a door up to 40 pounds (door weight is only 2 pounds), with door openings up to 22 inches with provided tracks.
• EASY SET UP - Installs in about 15-30 minutes. No Complicated Programming. Simply rotate a dial to set how high and low to reel your door, set time to open or close on timer, and your done!
• INCLUDES - Metal Door, Door Guide Tracks, Motor, Timer, mounting hardware, universal door connector, 6-ft AC-DC power adapter (works with extension cord if outlet is not available), and illustrated instructions. Works like a reversible motorized fishing reel and lowers with gravity (no hazardous downwards force added to close the door).

The rails are a solid metal design so you will not have joints, wood swelling, or other obstructions to cause the door to jam or not open. These rails and door do not need any maintenance or treatments. All hardware included is weather friendly and will not rust. The rails are also pre-drilled so you will not need anything more than a screwdriver and a tape measure.

We also use a heavy duty door that weighs up to 2 pounds. You can relax knowing we do not use thin sheet metal that would bend if a sizable predator would apply force to the door. The door also includes a pre-drilled hole and connect ring already installed on the door. You can simply tie onto the connect ring to protect against sheet metal cutting the lift line.
